Laura-Clare Thevenet is a singer-songwriter from Sumter, South Carolina. She resides in Spartanburg, South Carolina during the school year where she attends Converse College to obtain a BMA in Contemporary Music with Media Applications and a Music Business and Technology Certificate. On campus, she is an active member of the international music fraternity, Delta Omicron. Laura-Clare sings and plays the guitar and the mandolin. Her sound is a fusion of indie, folk, and contemporary music. Laura-Clare's musical inspirations include Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones, and The Head and the Heart. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her cat, Chevy.
